Hi, I’m Kate.

I am a fully qualified wellbeing psychotherapist and hypnotherapist.

With over 13 years’ experience of working in pressurised, busy and stressful workplaces, I fully understand the challenges and strain that stress can cause on your wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

I understand the importance of addressing these issues and have been on my own journey of self-improvement through studying to become a therapist. I am interested in the way the human mind works and our unique behaviours, and enjoy helping people overcome issues and challenges to improve lives and to build a brighter future.

A number of years ago I turned to hypnotherapy myself. I had been promoted to a senior role which required me to deliver a number of presentations to senior managers and directors. I found this incredibly stressful. It would cause me a huge amount of anxiety and worry, and numerous sleepless nights in the weeks leading up to each presentation. I decided I needed to manage this better if I wanted to succeed and be happy in my job, so I started to research hypnotherapy and how it might help me.

I had a number of hypnotherapy sessions prior to an upcoming presentation and the change I experienced was incredible. The therapist listened intently to my challenges and tailored a plan to suit me, based on my goals and what I wanted to achieve by attending therapy. The results were achieved through positive suggestion during hypnotherapy. After my next presentation I received great feedback from my manager. I also slept better in the run-up to the presentation and was able to control any worry and anxiety by using techniques the therapist had given to me. I continue to use those techniques now.
